Our apartments are solid-built houses, which means significantly better insulation compared to mobile homes. They stay warmer in winter and cooler in summer, ensuring a comfortable stay all year round.

There are no thin walls, less noise from neighbors, and no “camping feeling”. This is especially important for families whose children need rest or sleep after swimming – we offer more peace, privacy, and a true home-like atmosphere.

Yes, pool tickets are included. Each day you receive up to 6 wristbands, allowing 2 entries per person per day.

Swimming is flexible – you can visit the pools in the morning, return to the apartment for lunch or rest, and then go back again later.

The apartment features a spacious 30 m² private terrace, fenced and suitable for children and pets.

It offers shade during warmer months and plenty of space for morning coffee, family meals, or relaxing evenings – a private and peaceful corner away from crowds.

The apartment is fully equipped with a kitchen, cookware, and all essentials for preparing meals.

For longer stays, we recommend preparing your own meals as it is more cost-effective. A portable grill is also available during warmer months.

Apartments 83 and 185 are located inside the Terme Čatež complex, about a 5-minute walk from indoor and outdoor pools.

Upon arrival, you will receive a map at reception with clear directions, making access easy.

Two private parking spaces are provided in front of the apartment.

A 30% deposit is required to confirm the booking. The remaining 70% must be paid no later than 14 days before arrival. Payment can be made by bank transfer or card.

In case of cancellation due to unpredicted circumstances (illness, work or school obligations), a 100% refund is provided.
