Upon check-in at the reception, guests receive programmed wristbands that allow access to the Winter or Summer* Thermal Riviera, without time limitations and with two entries.

The apartment is entitled to as many wristbands as there are guests staying in it, but a maximum of 6 (six) wristbands. Issuance of wristbands is conditional upon registration of stay (and actual overnight stay) at the Apartments and Campsite reception.

*The Summer Thermal Riviera is open approximately from the end of April to the beginning of September. In case of bad weather and necessary maintenance works, Terme Čatež (R) reserves the right to change the operating hours of the bathing facilities and the operation of attractions.

The tourist tax is not included in the price. It is charged upon check-out under the conditions set by Terme Čatež d.d.

Tourist & promotional tax and registration: guests pay the tourist & promotional tax and registration fee at the campsite reception. The tourist & promotional tax is determined by the Municipality of Brežice and amounts to EUR 2.50 per night for adults and EUR 1.25 per night for children and youth aged 7 to 17.99. Children up to 6.99 years of age and persons with disabilities (upon presentation of official proof or disability card upon arrival) are exempt.

A registration fee of EUR 1.50 is charged once for all adults and children from 7 years of age. Children up to 6.99 years and persons with disabilities are exempt.

In case of cancellation due to force majeure (illness, work obligations, school or other unforeseen circumstances), the reservation can be cancelled free of charge even within 14 days before arrival.

In such cases, it is also possible to reschedule the reservation to another date by agreement, as we strive to be understanding and flexible.

If the guest departs early, 100% of the reserved nights will be charged.

We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations in special circumstances. In such cases, we will try to provide alternative accommodation of the same or higher category at the same or lower price.

Terme Čatež Apartments are not responsible for any inconvenience arising from incorrect or incomplete guest contact details.

Check-in is possible at any time. The reception is open 24 hours (Terme Čatež campsite reception). Early check-in on the day of arrival is possible for the use of the Thermal Riviera services only. If the unit is already cleaned and ready, early entry may be arranged between reception and cleaning service.

Guest registration is required upon arrival. We will need ID or passport details for all guests staying in the apartment. Only registered guests may stay in the apartment. Unregistered persons are fully responsible. The owner reserves the right to deny entry or remove the group if the number of guests exceeds the reservation.
